Events and Activities

Permaculture Design Course Feb. 22-Mar. 8, 2009 at Sahale Michael Pilarsky, a.k.a. Skeeter, at work with permaculture course participants at Sahale in March '08 Learning Center

This 2-week hands-on intensive will impart permaculture principles and methodologies which can be applied immediately on both large and small-scale projects. 

Through lecture, slide shows, discussion, observation, field trips and group participation activities, permaculture design students will develop the practical skills and knowledge necessary to design and implement sustainable systems that are in harmony with the natural world. 

Invitation to the Fourth Sunday of Advent
The service of Advent will focus us on compassion and forgiveness as it comes from the Christian story. Join us December 21, 2008, 7:00 PM at the Goodenough Community Center.
